Improved widget setup notices

This release improves user experience by ensuring that setup notices for the Slider Pro, Portfolio Showcase, and Portfolio Reel widgets are only visible to editors and administrators, preventing site visitors from seeing them.

  • Slider Pro, Portfolio Showcase and Portfolio Reel widgets: the "no slides / no portfolio posts" setup notices are now shown only to editors/administrators, not to site visitors
