    Yes, you are free to change anything you want in the theme. Our themes are designed to look and work great out of the box, like you see them in the demo. Your theme download package contains all the CSS and WordPress template files, therefore the customization possibilities are endless.

  • Can I test a theme before purchasing?

    No, but as we have a 14 days money back guarantee, you are free to buy a theme and test it directly on your website.

  • Can I use your themes on WordPress.com?

    Yes, but you will need a Business Plan subscription. We recommend you going with a regular WordPress hosting like SiteGround instead, as you're not required to have a WordPress.com account to use WordPress and our themes and it will cost you much less.   • Can I use these themes on multiple sites?

    Yes, you can install and use a theme on more than one website.

  • What is the PSD file, and why do I need it?

    A .psd file is a source file for Photoshop, a graphic editor that is used by most web designers. The Photoshop source of the theme design can be useful for experienced designers, who prefer to make changes in original theme design, rather than modifying theme files. Modifying the PSD file will not change anything in the theme, unless you export modifications in the theme files (PHP, CSS). So if you're not familiar with Photoshop, then you don't need this file, and it would be easier for you to make the changes directly in the theme files, which can also be modified, without having the PSD file.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • How will I get access to purchased themes after the payment?

    After successfully buying a theme you will be automatically redirected to the members area, where you can download your themes.

  • Am I allowed to remove your copyright notice?

    You are not required to provide any credit or links back to WPZOOM, although we do appreciate it. Our themes do not contain any encrypted code, so removing the links is an easy process. The line with with WPZOOM logo is included in the footer.php file of your theme.

  • Can I translate a theme?

    Yes you can. All of our themes are localized (internationalized), and this allows you to translate easy your theme in any language. This means that each of our themes includes one file (.po) which contains all of the English terms we have used, which thus allows our users to only edit one file in able to translate our themes to any language in the world. However, please be advised that you are not allowed to re-sell or re-distribute our themes, even a translated version of the theme. For more details read our tutorial on translating a WPZOOM theme.

  • How often are your themes updated?

    Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or a new feature has been added to the theme. All updates and new versions are free of charge as long as your license is active and renewed.

  • What happens after my license expires?

    If you do not renew your license, you will no longer have access to download themes, updates or receive technical support. You are free to continue using the themes for as long as you like on your websites.

  • Can I use my themes after my license expires?

    Yes, you can use all the themes you’ve downloaded before your subscription has ended. Just note that you won’t have access to any updates to those themes.

  • Are the licenses valid for a lifetime?

    Yes, you can use our products on your website even if your license expires. However, in order to receive access to updates and support you'll need to renew your license.

  • How do I renew my license?

    You will be sent a notification email when your license is about to expire. You can also find a renewal link on the "Licenses" page in the members area.

  • What do I receive when renewing my license?

    Renewing your license provides you access to support and updates to your product. This ensures compatibility with newer versions of WordPress, as well as potential new features and enhancements to the product itself.

  • Can I upgrade my purchase to All Themes Package?

    Yes, you can upgrade within 30 days your single theme purchase just by paying the difference. Please contact us directly for more details.

    All of our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

  • Are your themes compatible with "xxx" plugin?

    There are thousands of third-party plug-ins available, thus we cannot guarantee that all of these plug-ins will be compatible with our themes, but most plugins should work fine with our themes.

  • Are your themes widget ready?

    Yes, all our themes are widget ready (where the theme's design allows).

  • Which browsers, browser versions do you test the themes on?

    Our themes are tested on all modern browsers: Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, etc. Every theme sold on WPZOOM has a fully functional “live” demo running the latest stable version of WordPress which can be tested at will.

  • Are the themes Search Engine Optimized?

    Yes. By its nature, WordPress is a very SEO friendly platform.
