1. What is WordPress.

2. What is a WordPress Theme?
A WordPress theme (template) is a ready-to-use design for your WordPress web-site. It does not affect/change the data on your web-site, just the way it is presented to your visitors.

3. What are the differences between a Free and a Premium Theme?
There are hundreds (if not thousands) of free themes for WordPress, most of these however are of poor quality and with no support from the developer/designer of the theme.
Going for a Premium Theme means that you get a better one, in terms of both design and functionality, as well as (in most cases) support from the developer. -
4. Why should I choose WPZOOM Themes?

1. Can I use your themes with my WordPress.com free hosted account?
Our themes can be used only on a self-hosted WordPress blog, which can be downloaded from WordPress.org. WordPress.com blogs provides a limited number of themes that can be used on their free hosted accounts, but our themes are not included at the moment.

2. What are the differences between Standard and Developer Licenses?
A Standard Theme license is perfect for bloggers or personal use, and can be used on two domains (live website + developing website). Developer Theme suits perfect for advanced users or freelancers, and one license can be used on an unlimited number of domains. Purchasing a Developer Theme you will also get a fully layered Adobe Photoshop (PSD) file. Using these source files it will be a lot easier customizing our themes.

3. What is the PSD file, and why do I need it?
A .psd file is a source file for Photoshop, a graphic editor that is used by most web designers.
You will (usually) need these files if you want to customize your theme: change the logo, change some graphic elements, etc. -
4. What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment we accept PayPal as well as all major Credit Cards.

6. How will I get access to purchased themes after the payment?
After successfully buying a theme you will be automatically redirected to the members area, where you can download your themes.

7. Can I modify/customize theme to fit my websites personal needs?
Yes, you are free to change anything you want in the theme like images, colors, fonts, layout and anything else related to the design of the themes can be changed or modified.

8. Am I allowed to remove your copyright notice?
You are allowed to remove the copyright notice, however you are not allowed to take credit for our themes.

9. Can I translate a theme?
Yes you can. All of our themes are localized (internationalized), and this allows you to translate easy your theme in any language. This means that each of our themes includes one file (.po) which contains all of the English terms we have used, which thus allows our users to only edit one file in able to translate our themes to any language in the world. However, please be advised that you are not allowed to re-sell or re-distribute our themes, even a translated version of the theme.

10. How often are your themes updated?
Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or a new feature has been added to the theme.
All updates and new versions are free of charge for existing customers.
Account Questions

1. I’m already a member. How do I buy another theme?
If you are already a member, you can either go to “Dashboard” on your user dashboard (Members area) and purchase another theme/subscription from there, or if you are logged in you can buy one directly from the theme listing page.

2. What happens when I cancel my Membership Subscription?
Cancelling your Membership Subscription means you lose access to the theme downloads area, but you’ll continue to have access to the support forum & other support resources.
After you cancel your club subscription you won’t be billed again. If you want to re-sign for our Club subscription you’ll need to pay the one-time sign-up fee again. -
3. Can I upgrade to a Developer Theme or Club Membership?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time to any other of our products/subscriptions you want. You’ll only need to pay the difference between your current product and the one you want. For more details contact us using our Contact Form.
Theme Compatibility

1. Will your themes run on latest version of WordPress?
All of our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

2. Are your themes compatible with “xxx” plugin?
There are thousands of third-party plug-ins available, thus we cannot guarantee that all of these plug-ins will be compatible with our themes, but most plugins should work fine with our themes.

3. Are your themes widget ready?
Yes, all our themes are widget ready (where the theme’s design allows).

4. Which browsers, browser versions do you test the themes on?
Our themes are tested on all modern browsers: Internet Explorer 7 and 8, the latest versions of Firefox, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome. Every theme sold on WPZOOM has a fully functional “live” demo running the latest stable version of WordPress which can be tested at will.

1. When will I receive my affiliate commissions?
All payments are sent on 15th of every month, unless there is a national holiday or some other major reason. In this case, the payments could be delayed by 1-2 days.
