AI Chat for visitor support
This release introduces AI Chat, allowing visitors to receive automated responses from your pages, with the option to connect to a human. Additionally, a Readiness Scan feature helps prepare for common visitor questions.
New
- AI Chat — the floating chat button can now answer visitors itself, from your own pages, and hand off to a human when needed (powered by Yamidoo, a WPZOOM product). Optional and off until you connect.
- Support Readiness Scan in the Click to Chat settings — see the questions your visitors are likely to ask, answered from your content, before turning anything on
- One-click connect to Yamidoo (no API keys)
