Improved fraction handling
This release fixes issues with ingredient amounts and fractions, ensuring they are correctly displayed and saved. A migration tool is also available to repair affected recipes while preserving formatting.
Improved
- Recipes already affected by either problem are repaired by the same tool: open Recipe Cards > All Recipes and click Start Migration in the "Move Ingredient Amounts" notice. Links and formatting in ingredient names are kept, and conversions made from a wrong amount are cleared so Convert Units can fill them in again.
Fixed
- Moving ingredient amounts into their own fields split some fractions in two: "3⁄4 cup flour" written with a fraction slash, or with an invisible character copied from a web page, became "3" in the Amount field and "/4 cup flour" in the name. Fractions are now read whole however they are typed.
- A fraction written straight after a number ("1½ cups") was saved as "11/2" (5½ cups) instead of "1 1/2".
