What happens to my WPZOOM theme when my subscription ends?

When your subscription ends, your WPZOOM license expires and is no longer active. This means:

• You’ll no longer have access to support if you run into issues with our themes or plugins.
• You won’t be able to download any of the products included with your subscription.
• You’ll no longer receive updates to your WPZOOM themes or plugins, including security updates.
• You won’t be able to activate your license on new sites, and the activations on your current sites will expire.
• You won’t be able to configure premium features that require an active license — such as adding or editing Video on Hover videos.

In short, you can keep using WPZOOM products on the front end of your site indefinitely after your subscription ends, and your existing content and design stay intact. However, you’ll lose access to the theme’s premium admin features and configuration tools, and we won’t be able to help with any further changes or additions to your site unless you renew.

What keeps working

Your site stays online and your content is never locked. You can continue to:

• Edit your posts, pages, products, and other content as usual.
• Manage your widgets, menus, and other standard WordPress settings.
• Use the design and layout you already have in place — including premium effects that are already set up, such as Video on Hover, which keep playing for your visitors.

What stops working

Once the license is inactive, the premium parts of the theme are disabled until you renew:

• Theme Options and the theme’s premium settings panels become unavailable.
• You can no longer import demo content or run the setup wizard.
• You can no longer configure premium features — for example, the Video on Hover metabox (adding, editing, trimming, or optimizing videos) is locked, though videos already in place continue to play.
• You stop receiving theme and plugin updates, including security patches.

How to restore full access

To regain support, updates, demo imports, and premium configuration tools like Video on Hover, simply renew your subscription from your WPZOOM account. Once your license is active again, all premium functionality is restored automatically — there’s no need to reinstall the theme or reconfigure your site.
