What happens to my WPZOOM theme when my subscription ends?
When your subscription ends, your WPZOOM license expires and is no longer active. This means:
- You’ll no longer have access to support if you encounter issues with our themes or plugins.
- You won’t have access to download any of the products included with your subscription.
- You’ll no longer receive updates to the WPZOOM theme or plugin, including security updates.
- You won’t be able to activate your license on any new sites, and the activations on your current sites will expire.
Essentially, you’ll be able to keep using WPZOOM products on the front end of your site indefinitely when your subscription ends. However, you won’t be able to access the theme’s admin screens or functions. Unless you renew, we’ll also no longer be able to support any changes or additions to your site.
