It’s been only 2 weeks since we’ve released our latest theme Insight, and today we want to give you another reason to celebrate by releasing a new theme.
Foodica is the name of the new release, which is a WordPress theme for food-related websites, and especially for food recipes, blogs or even magazine sites.

Responsive Layout
Foodica boasts a fluid, responsive layout, so your recipes will display beautifully across mobile devices. Images and galleries scale up and down seamlessly when resizing the browser window. No matter what the resolution or screen size, the theme will be usable and look professional in every detail.
6 Color Schemes
Foodica theme comes packaged with 6 pre-defined color schemes which you can quickly change from Theme Options. Don’t like any of them? Just use the customization options from the Live Customizer to change different colors as you want.
Two Styles for Posts: Grid and List
The theme also allows you to select your default post view. One of them will display posts in a grid, while the other one in a more regular blog view with the Featured Image on the left.
Multiple Ad Zones for Banners
In the Foodica theme you can easily upload your own advertising banners or Google Adsense directly from the Theme Options in one of the 4 available spots.
Instagram Scroller in the Footer
Using our free Instagram Widget you can create easily a draggable carousel from your pictures in the Footer of the theme.
Live Customizer
Beside numerous included features, you can quickly made modifications in the theme using available options in the Live Customizer, such as Colors, Fonts, Background, Logo, Menu, Widgets and many others.
Widgetized Area in the Posts
If you look at a post from the demo, you’ll notice a beautiful Subscribe to Newsletter form at the end of the post. A similar form can be found in the Sidebar too. This form was added using the free plugin MailPoet Newsletters, and you can also add any other widgets in that location in individual posts.
Custom Shortcodes
Besides numerous built-in shortcodes in our framework, we’ve also added two custom shortcodes: Ingredients and Directions, so you can quickly create beautiful recipes.
WooCommerce Ready
Need to sell something? With Foodica theme you can build your own shop and start selling anything easily! The theme is fully compatible with the popular WooCommerce plugin.
