Can I use your themes on my WordPress.com site?
No, you must have a self-hosted WordPress.org installation in order to run our themes.
Can your themes be translated?
Yes! Our themes are completely internationalized and ready for translation.
What happens after my license expires?
You are not required to renew the license for your theme each year, however if you want to continue having access to our Support Forum and Theme Updates, it's recommended to renew your license as long as you plan to use the theme. All licenses can be renewed after 12 months at 50% off of the original price.
What is the PSD file, and why do I need it?
PSD file contains the theme theme design in Photoshop format. The Photoshop source of the theme design can be useful for experienced designers, who prefer to make changes in original theme design. Modifying the PSD file will not change anything in the theme, unless you export modifications in the theme files (PHP, CSS). If you're not familiar with Photoshop, then you don't need this file, and it would be easier for you to make the changes directly in the theme files, which can also be modified, without having the PSD file.
What happens when I cancel my WPZOOM Membership?
Cancelling your Membership Subscription means you lose access to the Support Forum and Theme Updates.
If you want to re-sign for our Membership you will have to pay the sign-up fee again.
Can I use your themes after canceling my Membership?
Yes, you can use all the themes you’ve downloaded even after your subscription has ended. You will not receive updates or support once you cancel your subscription.
What kind of support do you offer?
With the purchase of a Theme or Membership subscription you get full access to our Documentation, Tutorials and Support Forum sections. Technical Support is provided only on our Support Desk via tickets, which is the best place to get quick and detailed answers to your questions.
Will your themes run on latest version of WordPress?
All of our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
Can I upgrade my purchase?
