How an I download one of these themes and use it?

@Kedar You need to be using Wordpress blogging software.
You can set up a free account (Similar to your Blogspot) here: http://wordpress.com/ - Then install the Theme.
Or you can download Wordpress and install it onto any web host from here: http://wordpress.org/download/
There is documentation on the website which shows you how to install to your own server, but If you don’t have your own server the best option is to use a free account at Wordpress.com - Best of luck!

@Micha, here is link to download, but take care that this is a premium theme, so you will need to pay for it ;)
