@Lakewood Ranch – Thanks, the theme doesn’t include the IDX listing features “out of the box” but they can be integrated, I’ve had a few customers do this.

This is weak.. you keep advertising different numbers of “free” real estate themes… this is a weak strategy when you immediately start pandering your wares before people can find what they came for.. people feel cheated and betrayed… show people what they came to find, then start peddling your shit… some guy made over 200 million last year doing just that… ever heard of “plentyoffish.com”?

I set up IReal which has limitations on SEO and tagging / headings of each page otherwise very easy, friendly to use platform. Does anyone have feedback as to another CMS platform that optimises SEO capabilities they can recommend?

What is involved in “integrating” idx? Is this a simple widget that can be added to one or more pages? I would like to have it on the front page and possibly more. I am ready to buy. If I can add the idx I wil probably purchase.

Great designs – now we just need to narrow it down as to which of your designs we are going to buy.
We are generating a non-area specific website for the la county area, where we will provide mainly buyers with home information. Our branding will not be agent specific – which of your designs would you best recommend for this? Also, we are working with DiverseSolution’s “mapping idx” product – please take this into account also.
