Yes. They're full themes, not trial versions: nothing expires, and there's no account to create. Each one is listed on WordPress.org and licensed under the GPL, so you can download it, use it, and keep it. The PRO versions are optional and add more templates and design options.
Yes. The GPL lets you use our free themes on any number of sites, including business sites and sites you build for clients, and change them however you like. You don't need to keep a credit link to WPZOOM in the footer.
Yes, when they come from the WordPress.org theme directory. Every theme there passes a review before it's listed, and updates install from your dashboard. "Free premium" copies of paid themes from GPL clubs or nulled-theme sites are different: they don't get updates and are a common route for injected malware.
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New Theme, search for the theme's name, and click Install, then Activate. Our Lite themes are listed without the word Lite. You can also upload the ZIP file from WordPress.org. Our step-by-step guide covers both methods.
People often use the words for the same thing. Strictly, a theme controls the design of your whole site, and templates are the layouts inside it, such as the homepage, blog, or contact page.
