Responsive Layout

Monte boasts a fluid, responsive layout, so your articles will display perfectly across mobile and tablet devices. Images and galleries scale seamlessly when resizing the browser window. No matter what the resolution or screen size, every detail of your website will look perfect and professional.

Instagram Widget & Scroller

Using our free Instagram Widget, you can create a horizontal scroller of your Instagram feed in the Footer of the theme.

Infinite Scroll

The theme comes by default with regular paginated navigation, but you can easily change it to an infinite scroll which can automatically load new posts as you scroll down the page or by clicking a button to load them.

Sticky Menu

Monte includes 3 menus: 2 in the header and another one in the footer. The top header menu uses a special effect that will slide it out of view when scrolling down and slide back in when scrolling up.

Sliding Sidebar Panel

You can create your own sidebar using available widgets. The sliding panel is easy to use from mobile devices too, and you can create separate widgets visible only on mobile devices.

Give Your Posts Some Style

If you have Jetpack plugin installed, make sure to enable the Tiled Galleries feature, which allows you to create beautiful mosaic galleries in your posts in seconds:

Engaging through-posts navigation

Let your visitors navigate easily through your post archives by enabling the Related Posts feature from Jetpack or using the large banner from the footer that links to previous post.

Personalize to Match Your Style

The Live Customizer allows you to make changes to the theme and get an immediate preview. Customize Colors, Fonts, Background, Logo, Menu, Widgets and more, all with a live preview.

Widgetized Area in the Posts

Add widgets at the end of your posts, including a beautiful Subscribe to Newsletter widget. Monte is compatible with the free plugin MailPoet, allowing you to add email signup forms after posts and in your sidebars. You can also add any other widgets after your content for individual posts.
