Managing Your Forms in WPZOOM Forms

All your forms live under WPZOOM Forms → All Forms. This guide explains what the list shows, how to open, rename, duplicate, trash and restore forms, and where to go to change a form’s fields, design and notifications.

The All Forms list

Column	Meaning
Title	The form name. Click it to open the form in the builder.
Shortcode	[wpzf_form id="…"] — copy it to embed the form anywhere.
Responses	Number of stored (non-spam) submissions — only forms set to Database Only or Email + Database store entries. Click to open them.
Views	How many times the form was displayed (counted for block and Elementor embeds).
Conversion Rate	Responses ÷ Views.
Date	Last modified date.

Use the search box to find a form by name, the All dates filter to narrow by month, and the column headers (Title, Views, Conversion Rate, Date) to sort.

Opening and editing a form

Hover a row to reveal the row actions — Edit · Trash · Duplicate — or simply click the title.

Forms open in the full-screen Form Builder, not in the block editor. There you can:

• rename the form — click its title in the top bar;
• add, edit and reorder fields — left palette + canvas + Field Settings;
• change notifications — who gets the email, reply-to, success message, redirect, confirmation email (PRO);
• change the look — Settings → Form Style, layout, labels, button;
• embed — the Embed button gives you the shortcode.

Everything is saved with Save in the top bar; changes apply to every place the form is embedded. For a full tour see Getting to Know the WPZOOM Forms Builder.

Duplicating a form (PRO)

Hover a form and click Duplicate. A copy with the same fields, settings and notification templates appears in the list (the shortcode/ID is new). Use it for A/B variants or to reuse a complex form for another purpose. You can also export forms to JSON and import them on another site — see How to Import/Export Forms.

Trashing, restoring and deleting forms

• Trash a form from its row actions, or tick several forms and use Bulk actions → Move to Trash.

• A trashed form no longer renders on the site — pages that embed it show nothing to visitors (admins see a notice in the block). Its submissions are kept.
• Open the Trash view above the list to Restore or Delete Permanently. Deleting permanently removes the form; stored submissions remain under WPZOOM Forms → Submissions until you delete them there.

Views, Responses and Conversion Rate

• Views increase each time a page renders the form through the Contact Form by WPZOOM block or the Elementor widget. Shortcode embeds are not counted, so a shortcode-only form shows 0 views and 0 % conversion even when it receives submissions.
• Responses counts stored submissions with the Published status — entries marked as Spam or moved to the Trash are not counted.
• To export responses, use WPZOOM Forms → Import & Export → Submissions (CSV) (PRO) — see How to Export Form Submissions.
