How to Import/Export Forms

The Import & Export screen helps you move WPZOOM Forms between websites and create backups. You can:

• Import forms from a JSON file (previously exported from WPZOOM Forms).
• Export forms as a JSON file (backup/migration).

To import or export forms, go to WPZOOM Forms → Import & Export.

Import forms from a JSON file

Use this when you’re migrating forms to another site or restoring a backup.

1. Go to WPZOOM Forms → Import & Export.

2. In the Import Forms section, click Choose File and select the exported .json file.

3. Click Import Forms.

Note: Only JSON files exported from WPZOOM Forms can be imported.

Export forms to a JSON file

Use this to back up your forms or move them to a different website.

1. Go to WPZOOM Forms → Import & Export.

2. In Create New Export, set Export Type to Forms (JSON).

3. Under Select Forms, choose:

• All Forms to export everything, or
• Selected Forms to export only specific forms.

4. Click Create Export to download the JSON file.

Tips and troubleshooting

• Import didn’t work: Make sure the file is a valid WPZOOM Forms export (.json).
• Missing forms after import: Refresh the page and check WPZOOM Forms → All Forms.
• Export seems incomplete: Try exporting Selected Forms in smaller batches.
