How to Export Form Submissions

WPZOOM Forms PRO lets you export form submissions as a CSV file, so you can review entries in tools like Excel or Google Sheets, share them with your team, or keep an offline backup.

To export form submissions, go to WPZOOM Forms → Import & Export.

Export submissions as a CSV file

1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to WPZOOM Forms → Import & Export.

2. In the Create New Export section, open the Export Type dropdown and select Submissions (CSV).

3. Under Select Form, open the dropdown and choose the form you want to export submissions from.

4. Click Create Export to generate and download the CSV file.

Tips and troubleshooting

• The CSV is empty: Make sure the selected form has submissions saved.
• Can’t find the form in the dropdown: Confirm the form exists in WPZOOM Forms → All Forms.
• Large exports: If you have a high number of submissions, exporting may take longer. Try exporting again after a moment.
