Videozoom — Grid & List Layouts
Videozoom can display your video posts in a grid with large 16:9 thumbnails or a detailed list with excerpts — and with the layout toggle enabled, visitors can switch between the two views themselves. All of it is configured in one place.

Choosing the layout
Go to WPZOOM → Theme Options → General and scroll to Global Posts Options :
Posts Layout sets the default view for the homepage, archives, and the blog page:
Grid (default) — posts in columns with large thumbnails.List — one post per row, with the thumbnail on the left and the excerpt next to it.
Grid Style: Classic vs. Modern
The Grid Style option controls the grid’s design:
Classic — card-based design with shadows.Modern — a flat, YouTube-inspired layout with 16:9 thumbnails. This is the style used by the Editorial theme design.
The visitor layout toggle
With Display Layout Toggle enabled, grid/list buttons appear above the post listings and each visitor can switch to the view they prefer:
The visitor’s choice applies immediately, without reloading the page. Disable the option to lock the layout you chose.
What each post shows
Still in Global Posts Options , you can show or hide the parts of every listed post:
Display Thumbnail — the video thumbnail / Featured Image.Display Category and Display Date — the post meta. The date format follows Settings → General .
Separate options for Grid and List
Excerpts and Read More links are configured per view , so a compact grid can pair with a detailed list:
Display Excerpt in List View (on by default) / Display Excerpt in Grid View (off by default) Excerpt length — in words; default 50. Posts with a manual Excerpt field always use it instead.Display Read More in List View / Display Read More in Grid View
