We’re working on a major update to bring the Instagram Widget to the Block Editor (Gutenberg)
If you’re using the Block Editor (Gutenberg), then it’s very simple to insert the Instagram widget in any page or posts.
How to insert the Instagram Widget in a Block Area
1. Install the amr shortcode any widget plugin on your website.
2. Go to the Widgets page and add the Instagram Widget in a new area called “Widgets for Shortcodes“:
3. Now copy the following shortcode and insert it in your posts or pages:
[do_widget "Instagram Widget by WPZOOM"]
In case you prefer to make some changes to the Instagram widget, you will need to install the Classic Widgets plugin as well.
In this way, you will be able to use the other shortcode with the unique ID of each widget:
Bonus: Insert the Instagram Widget in Page Builders
Many page builders also support regular widgets, so it’s very simple to insert the Instagram Widget using them.
