To get quickly the same look of the theme as in the demo see here instructions to Import the Demo Content.

Theme Overview

Rezzo includes several Page Templates which you can use to create different page layouts. By default, the theme displays your Blog Latest Posts on the front page.
Optionally, you can create a separate page that you can set as front page to display your Portfolio or a custom layout created using the Page Builder
