Prime News registers four menu locations (Appearance → Menus → Menu Settings → Menu location):
Top Menu — the links next to the logo (About, Submit News, Contact in the demo).
Main Menu — the primary navigation bar, with dropdown support.
Mobile Menu — optional: when assigned, shown on mobile devices instead of the Main Menu.
Footer Menu — a simple links row in the footer.
The hamburger sliding panel
The hamburger button in the main menu bar opens a sliding panel filled from the Sidebar (hamburger) widget area — add the widgets you want there (recent posts, social icons, a menu via the Navigation Menu widget). The panel’s position can be changed in the Customizer’s Header Options.
