The Breaking News ticker under the main menu rotates your most urgent stories with a “time ago” stamp.

Enabling the bar

Go to WPZOOM → Theme Options → General, section Breaking News:

• Display Breaking News Bar? — turn the ticker on or off.
• Number of Posts — how many stories rotate in the bar.

Adding a story to the bar

1. Edit the post you want in the ticker.
2. In the Post Options box, check Add to Breaking News Bar.
3. Update the post.

The newest breaking posts appear first. Uncheck the option to remove a story from the bar.
