How to Completely Remove Inspiro Premium

This article refers to Inspiro Premium

In some cases, you may want to fully remove the Inspiro Premium theme from your website—either to switch to a different theme or reset your site setup.

Follow the steps below depending on whether or not you’ve imported demo content.

1. (Optional) Delete the Imported Demo Content

If you’ve previously imported a starter site, we recommend removing the demo content before deleting the theme to keep your database and media library clean.

To delete the imported demo content:

  1. Go to WPZOOM → Demo Importer
  2. Locate the imported demo (it will be marked with an Imported label)
  3. Click the trash bin icon next to the demo
  4. In the confirmation popup, click Delete
  5. Once the demo content is deleted, a confirmation message will appear

You can now proceed to remove the theme itself.

2. Delete Inspiro Premium from Your Website

To delete the theme:

  1. Go to Appearance → Themes
  2. Activate a different theme (such as a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four)
⚠️ You cannot delete a theme while it is active
  3. Once Inspiro Premium is inactive, click on its thumbnail
  4. In the lower-right corner of the pop-up window, click Delete
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

The theme will be permanently removed from your WordPress installation.

Note: If your goal is only to remove the theme and not the demo content, you can skip step 1 and proceed directly to deleting the theme via the Appearance → Themes screen.

3. How to Completely Reset Your WordPress Website

If you want to remove all content (including pages, posts, and settings) and start from scratch, you can use the WP Reset plugin.

❗ Important:

  • WP Reset will erase all content—use it only if you want a complete reset.
  • Always create a backup before proceeding.

To reset your website:

  1. Install & activate the WP Reset plugin from Plugins → Add New.
  2. Go to Tools → WP Reset.
  3. Click Reset Site and confirm.

For more details, refer to the WP Reset Documentation.
