wpzoom-indigo.zip file you downloaded, and click Install Now.

For more details, see the general guide on installing WPZOOM themes.
Activating your license key
- Find your license key in the Licenses section of your WPZOOM account.
- In your Dashboard, go to the WPZOOM menu and open the License Key tab.
- Paste the key and click Activate License.
An active license unlocks the one-click demo importer and theme updates.
Importing the demo content
Since version 1.1, Indigo ships with a redesigned Demo Importer and three demo designs — pick the one matching how you prefer to build pages:
- Default (Widgetized) — the classic magazine setup: latest-posts homepage with the slider, Featured Categories, and the theme’s widgets.
- Blocks Demo — pages built with the WordPress block editor.
- Elementor — a design built with the free Elementor page builder (the importer installs Elementor and the WPZOOM Elementor Addons for you).
To import one:
- Go to the WPZOOM menu in your Dashboard and open the Demo Importer tab.
- Choose a demo design and preview its pages.
- Click Import and wait for the process to finish — it imports sample posts, menus, widgets, and the homepage setup.
See the full Demo Content Importer guide for details and troubleshooting.
Recommended plugins
The theme suggests these free plugins (you’ll see the notice after activation):
- Social Icons Widget by WPZOOM — your social profiles in the Header Social Icons area (use the Color Icon/No Background style to match the demo).
- Instagram Widget by WPZOOM — the Instagram feed in the sidebar and the full-width Instagram Bar above the footer.
- WPZOOM Forms — the Contact page form.
- Carousel Slider Block — a carousel block used in the Blocks demo.
- WooCommerce — for the Shop, with theme styling and a header cart button built in.
Updating the theme
With an active license, theme updates appear in Dashboard → Updates and under Appearance → Themes. Clear the cache in any caching/optimization plugins after updating.
