How individual posts look is controlled globally in Theme Options, plus two per-post settings in the editor.
Global options
Go to WPZOOM → Theme Options → General, section Single Post Options:
Display Featured Image at the Top — the image above the post content.
Display Category, Display Author, Display Date/Time, Display Tags — the post meta.
Display Related Posts — related articles below the content.
Display Author Profile — the author bio box (edit it in Users → Profile).
Display Comments.
Per-post settings
In the post editor:
Post Options box → Hide Featured Image at the Top? — hide the top image for this post only (useful when the featured image is just a listing thumbnail).
Post Layout box — choose the sidebar layout or full width for this specific post:
