The WPZOOM → Theme Options page holds the theme’s general settings: the header text (the phone number in the demo), and what’s displayed on posts and pages. Slideshow settings live on the Homepage tab; colors and fonts in the Customizer.

The text next to the social icons in the top bar — a phone number in the demo — is configured under General → Header Settings:
The icons in the top bar come from the Header Social Icons widget area. Install the free Social Icons Widget by WPZOOM plugin and add its widget to that area on the Appearance → Widgets page.
Under General → Single Post Options you can toggle each element shown on posts:

General → Single Page Options offers the same Show Social Buttons and Show Comments toggles for static pages.
