@Gerardo: You can use any license of our themes on unlimited number of websites, owned by you. So you don't have to upgrade to Developer License

I just bought @ 50% off the gallery theme… If I want to use the template for two of my own sites, do I need to upgrade? please let me know ! so I can upgrade with the 50% still…

The option about comments notifications, is actually a WordPress plugin that you can install within any of our themes – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/subscribe-to-comments/
