End of the Year and 8 Months Since WPZOOM Launch

It’s the end of the year and WPZOOM turns 8 months since launch – 8 months of great achievements, and I decided to write the first article in which I will publish some information about I haven’t written before.

Achievements

The most important thing that I am very proud is that during these 8 months I have reached about 1,000 RSS subscribers, and I consider it a success for me, because I never thought that I would achieve results as good with a blog in a foreign language to me.

Of course it was impossible to achieve this result without a little effort, and I try to handle alone the entire site, by maintaining it and writing new articles, but I plan in the future to hire one or two new authors.

The biggest success until now I think it is article 45+ Free Premium WordPress Themes with Magazine or Grid Layouts, which is very popular until now, and was even featured on the front page of delicious.com:

All this time I changed 3 times the design of this blog. And I hope that the first readers remember how this site look in the first month:

WPZOOM Goals for 2009

My goals are to keep writing interesting articles to build up readership and to improve the community around the blog.

Here is my list of goals for 2009:

• 1. Reach 3000 RSS subscribers (or more :)
• 2. Increase the posting frequence to 5 weekly posts
• 3. Get more than 2000 daily visitors
• 4. Release new WordPress Themes
• 5. Generate more than $500 monthly revenue
