WPZOOM is happy to provide a list of designers/coders that you can “hire”. These designers/coders have experience working with and customizing WordPress themes. As a result of our very busy schedule and additional projects, this is a necessity, because our primary focus is to continue building and nurturing the community that has developed here.

CUSTOMIZATION TEAM POLICY:

• 1. Approved Customization Team members are independent in their actions, and separately from the core WPZOOM team.
• 2. Customization Section is not supported by WPZOOM, but sometimes we can stop by and lend a helping hand when we can.
• 3. WPZOOM will continue to offer Technical Support for a certain theme only to the user who purchased that theme. Support is also limited to the functionality and features included in the default version of our themes and does NOT include customizations and modifications.
• 4. In order to access Customization Section on our Forum, both customer & Customization Team member, should buy at least one of our themes, and then request access to this section.
• 5. It is not necessarily for an approved member of the Customization Team to purchase the theme that a client wants you to customize/modify.
  However we do recommend acquiring the All Themes Pack for getting a better understanding of our themes.
• 6. WPZOOM is not charging any fees from custom work that Customization Team is doing for our customers, we only help our customers quickly get in touch with an recommended designer/coder that could help them.
• 7. WPZOOM is not responsible for the hourly rate that a Customization Team member is requesting for the work.

RULES OF POSTING A NEW CUSTOMIZATION REQUEST:

• 1. If you are looking to hire a designer/coder recommended by WPZOOM, then please contact them directly. It is better & faster to contact them directly than to make a post asking someone for a quote / estimation.
• 2. Each person that has been listed as a recommended WPZOOM designer/coder has personally been approved by us. This means that they have shown interest in offering services to help theme users and have portfolio sites using WordPress Themes.
• 3. Any work that a theme user pays a designer/coder for is at their own risk – WPZOOM is not responsible for any transactions that occur, and encourage you to do your research thoroughly before hiring anyone. Designer/coders on this list have been checked out, so we believe in their professionalism and ability to perform as they describe. If this isn’t the case, please let us know.
