1. Theme license & usage

Our themes can be acquired in two different licenses:
Single License – this license allows you to use theme on a single website. The copyright information must remain in the footer.
Developer License: – this license allows you to use on a multiple website. You may remove the copyright information in the footer.

All themes files and Photoshop sources files are licensed and copyrighted under WPZOOM.
Upon purchase, you are authorized to make any necessary modifications to our themes to fit your purposes, but you are not allowed to resell or redistribute our themes, modified or unmodified, to another person, nor can a user place any of our themes, modified or unmodified, on a website or any other medium for distribution.

2. Theme Updates

All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
All updates and new versions of this theme will be free of charge for existing customers.

3. Theme support

The theme packages that are purchased on this site include support. All support inquiries and questions shall be addressed in the support forum. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme package from this website.
Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from the our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem. Every theme sold on WPZOOM has a fully functional “live” demo running the latest stable version of WordPress which can be tested at will.

5. Warranty

Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work.

We cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that WPZOOM templates will work with all browsers combination.

6. Am I allowed to buy a theme using my own affiliate link?

You will not receive credit when purchasing a theme package through your own affiliate link. You may receive an automatic notification from E-Junkie to let you know that a sale has taken place, but your affiliate payments will not include this amount.
