This is an amazing theme! I’ve been on the look-out for a theme w/ the qualities I’ve had in mind for my website. I was curious if you can customize the theme any further? In particular, is there any way of changing the color of the hover-over on the text/links? I like the “gold” in place now, but was just curious if this could be changed to a grey or any other color?

You can customize almost everything, as everything in the theme is controlled via CSS, so changing colors takes a few seconds.

How does the site title work? Do I need my own Logo or when I type in the title will it come out like the way you have it in the demo?

You need your own logo, but the source .psd for the sample logo can be downloaded from our website, from the Documentation page for the theme.
