How was the installation of WPZOOM, or what plugins I recommend
Posted in News, Plugins, Tips & Tricks, WPZOOM, Wordpress by Pavel CioriciWPZOOM is the first blog where I have installed WordPress 2.5. It was a great experience for me. I was surprised of 2.5 features, especially for it`s pleasant Admin Panel.
Now let`s begin with plugins which I have installed here to obtain most powerful performance of this blog.
First plugin which I requested was Admin Drop Down Menu. It working perfectly with WordPress 2.5, and after installation I receive a great drop-down menu for my Admin Panel. Here is a screenshot:

Another plugin, which I used during the configuration an testing of WPZOOM was Maintenance Mode. It is a plugin which adds a splash page to your blog that lets visitors know your blog is down for maintenance. Logged in administrators get full access to the blog including the front-end.
Plugin Central by Vladimir Prelovac is great plugin, which allows automatically to install new WordPress Plugins and update your actual activated plugins. All you have to do is to insert the correct name of plugin you want to install, and Plugin Central do the rest of steps. So, you don`t need now to copy plugins files to you FTP. Also, this plugin provide to you a widget for Admin Dashboard.

How you can see I insert in the footer a widget which display my latest tweets. Plugin behind this widget is called Twitter Tools. and it represents a complete integration between your WordPress blog and Twitter. It also can bring your tweets into your blog and pass your blog posts to Twitter.

That`s all for today! Stay near WPZOOM, and you will be informed about others plugins which have been installed on this blog!

I installed plugin central. Great idea. I hope it will soon work with automatic upgrade. Those two things together will make blogging a lot easier.
