Can your themes be translated?Yes! Our themes are completely internationalized and ready for translation.
What happens after 12 months?If you want to continue having access to our Support Desk, Downloads and Theme Updates, it's recommended to renew your license for as long as you plan to use the themes. Individual Theme licenses and All Themes Package can be renewed after 12 months at 50% off of the original price.
Will my license auto renew?No, we’ll never charge your card automatically without your permission. You’re free to come back to renew your license at your own leisure as and when it suits. We’ll send you a reminder email when your time is almost up so you don’t miss out the 50% off renewal rate.
Can I use your themes after 12 months?Yes, you can use all the themes you’ve downloaded even after your annual support license has ended.
What kind of support do you offer?With the purchase of a Theme or Membership subscription you get full access to our Documentation, Tutorials and Support Desk sections. Technical Support is provided only on our Support Desk via tickets, which is the best place to get quick and detailed answers to your questions.
Will your themes run on latest version of WordPress?All of our themes are compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
Can I upgrade my purchase?Yes, you can upgrade at any time to any other of our products you want. You'll only need to pay the difference between your current product and the one you want. For more details contact us directly.
