1. What is WordPress.

WordPress is an open source blog publishing application powered by PHP and MySQL which can also be used for basic content management. It has many features including a user-friendly workflow, a rich plugin architecture, and an advanced templating system. Read more about WordPress.

2. What is a WordPress Theme?

A WordPress theme (template) is a ready-to-use design for your WordPress web-site. It does not affect/change the data on your web-site, just the way it is presented to your visitors.

3. What are the differences between a Free and a Premium Theme?

There are hundreds (if not thousands) of free themes for WordPress, most of these however are of poor quality and with no support from the developer/designer of the theme.
Going for a Premium Theme means that you get a better one, in terms of both design and functionality, as well as (in most cases) support from the developer.

4. Can I use your themes with my WordPress.com free hosted account?

Our themes can be used only on a self-hosted WordPress blog, which can be downloaded from WordPress.org. WordPress.com blogs provides a limited number of themes that can be used on their free hosted accounts, but our themes are not included at the moment.

5. Why should I choose WPZOOM Themes?

Pre-Sale Questions

1. What are the differences between Single and Developer Licenses?

When buying a Developer’s License, you will also receive the .psd source files used in the development of the theme (where available).
Using these source files it will be a lot easier customizing our themes.

2. What is the PSD file, and why do I need it?

A .psd file is a source file for Photoshop, a graphic editor that is used by most web designers.
You will (usually) need these files if you want to customize your theme: change the logo, change some graphic elements, etc.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we accept PayPal as well as all major Credit Cards.

4. Can I buy now a Single license, and then upgrade to the Developers?

Yes you can by paying the difference between these two licenses. Contact us directly for more details.

5. I’ve purchased one of your themes with an eCheck, and I haven’t received any download link.

It takes from 2 to 5 days for an eCheck to be cleared. The download link will be sent as soon as the check will be cleared.

6. How I will get the theme after making the payment?

After successfully buying a theme you will be automatically redirect to the download page.
The same download link will be sent to you via e-mail.

7. Can I modify/customize theme to fit my websites personal needs?

Yes, you are free to change anything you want in the theme like images, colors, fonts, layout and anything else related to the design of the themes can be changed or modified.

8. Can I translate a theme?

Yes you can. However, please be advised that you are not allowed to re-sell or re-distribute our themes, even a translated version of the theme.

Post-Sale Questions

1. How often are your themes updated?

Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes compatibility with this version, and we update them if this is required, so we can maintain this compatibility. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or a new feature has been added to the theme.
All updates and new versions of our themes will be sent for free of charge for existing customers.

2. My download link expired! How can I get another one?

If you want to download theme you bought again, just feel free to contact us and we will send you immediately a new link.

Theme Questions

1. Am I allowed to remove your copyright notice?

You are allowed to remove the copyright notice, however you are not allowed to take credit for our themes.
Example: you cannot change the copyright notice to something like: “Theme Design by XXXXX”, where XXXXX is your company’s name, unless you extensively customized the theme.

2. How do I gain access on your Support Forum?

3. Under what terms are your themes released?

Every theme sold on WPZOOM and their Photoshop sources files are licensed and copyrighted under WPZOOM. Before purchasing you are responsible to understand and abide by our Terms and Conditions.

4. Can I use the themes on multiple sites?

Yes, you can use our themes on multiple sites, as long as you own these sites.
You cannot give our themes to your friends, family members, etc.

Theme Compatibility

1. Will your themes run on latest version of WordPress?

All of our themes are compatible with the version of WordPress that was available during the development of the theme.
As we don’t participate in the development of WordPress itself, thus we cannot guarantee that all future WordPress updates will keep the same functionality.

2. Are your themes compatible with “xxx” plugin?

There are thousands of third-party plug-ins available, thus we cannot guarantee that all of these plug-ins will be compatible with our themes.

3. Are your themes widget ready?

Yes, all our themes are widget ready (where the theme’s design allows).

4. Which browsers, browser versions do you test the themes on?

Our themes are tested on all modern browsers: Internet Explorer 7 and 8, the latest versions of Firefox, Opera, Safari and Google Chrome. Every theme sold on WPZOOM has a fully functional “live” demo running the latest stable version of WordPress which can be tested at will.
