1. Before requesting support, please make sure you have read Documentation for you theme, as 90% of the questions we receive are fully covered within these instructions.


2. When requesting support, please provide the following information:
• Version of WordPress used.
• A link to your site (if that is possible) so that we can better troubleshoot the problem.


3. Perform a search through the forum to make sure that your question hasn't already been solved elsewhere.

At times, we can request access to your WordPress administration control panel and FTP if necessary.

SUPPORT POLICY
We don't offer support for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself, nor do provide support for any 3rd party plugins you might choose to use with your theme. SUPPORT SCHEDULE
Support forums will be checked at least 3 times per day during workdays (Monday through Friday) and will be replied to in the order received. Please keep in mind that we live in Eastern European time zone (Moldova, GMT +2 hours) and typically work within the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. During this time, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries within 24 – 48 hours. On occasion, we will provide support on weekends, but please do not expect a quick turn-around on Saturday or Sunday.
